Refund Policy

We take pride in offering premium-quality, handcrafted products that match the craftsmanship of the world’s top luxury brands. Every item is individually inspected, and we provide real photos or videos for customer approval before shipping.

Because of this strict quality control, we have a very low return rate — but when an issue arises, we’re here to help.

 

 

🔄 REPLACEMENTS & STORE CREDIT

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will recommend offerring either:

 

  • A free replacement of the exact item, or
  • A store credit equal to your purchase value

This is only applicable if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.

 

 

💳 REFUNDS

We will issue a refund in the form of original payment ONLY if you are dissatisfied with your pre-shipping photos/videos and before shipments.

 

Once the product is shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the product is lost, damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

 

Refunds are only issued under these conditions:

 

  • The product was not delivered at all due to a custom review or loss during shipping
  • The product was damaged and could not be used normally
  • The product delivered was incorrect items from what was approved by the customer

This is only applicable if you contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.

Once we approve the refund, we will notify you and process the refund within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
